What is the client portal?

The client portal is an online tool in which the contractual acceptance documentation is individually compiled for all Mankenberg valves from 2021. In doing so, the nature of the documents is implemented in accordance with the German VDI Guideline 2770 Sheet 1.

How do I reach the client portal?

1. via https://my.mankenberg.com
2. via the links / QR codes in the invoices and delivery notes from Mankenberg.
3. via the QR code on the valve

Which browser can I use?

Internet Explorer 11 is not suitable, because it employs an outdated Java Script Interpreter. This can lead to problems in some places. Therefore, please use the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

How can I register for the portal?

No active registration is required for the Mankenberg client portal. Order-related access data is automatically created for each order with at least one valve.

End users where the valve is in use and who have not ordered directly from Mankenberg will find an encrypted access via QR code on the valve.

Where can I find the login data to the portal?

When ordering at least one valve, you will find the order-related login data on the first page of the corresponding delivery note and invoice.

How long is the data available?

The data is available for an unlimited time.
